Ми перевіримо вашу особу (щоб ніхто інший не міг видалити ваш акаунт) та опрацюємо запит протягом 30 днів.
Ці дані видаляються негайно та остаточно з наших активних систем. Відновити їх неможливо.
Опубліковані статті у спільноті не видаляються, але анонімізуються: зв'язок з вашим обліковим записом розривається, і автор відображається як «Видалений користувач». Ваше ім'я та контактні дані більше не пов'язані з цим контентом.
Причина: інші користувачі вже могли покластися на ці статті, тож ми зберігаємо їх цінність для спільноти, водночас прибираючи ваші персональні дані. Те саме зазначено в нашій Політиці конфіденційності.
Незначні технічні записи (наприклад журнали сервера та зашифровані резервні копії) можуть тимчасово містити дані, доки не будуть ротовані у межах звичайного циклу.

This page explains how users of Vyshenka — Smart Garden AI can delete their account and associated personal data. You can do this in two ways: directly in the app, or by submitting a request by email.
Your account and data are deleted immediately after confirmation.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to privacy@vyshenka.app from the email address the account is registered to, with the subject "Account deletion".
We will verify your identity (so that no one else can delete your account) and process the request within 30 days.
This data is deleted immediately and permanently from our active systems. It cannot be recovered.
Articles you published in the community are not deleted but are anonymised: the link to your account is severed, and the author is shown as "Deleted user". Your name and contact details are no longer associated with this content.
Reason: other users may already rely on these articles, so we preserve their value to the community while removing your personal data. The same is stated in our Privacy Policy.
Minor technical records (such as server logs and encrypted backups) may temporarily contain data until they are rotated out within the normal cycle.
